Review of Andy Wasserman Benefit Live Stream Concert November 21, 2020

Here's a review posted on Facebook from this past weekend's Live Stream Concert Fundraiser to benefit the Sussex County Food Coop:

THIS WAS TRANSFORMATIVE! An Editorial Note:

Last night we hosted a lovely concert by Andy Wasserman, and I just have to say an amazing thing happened. I took an hour to just "BE" and relax and enjoy the show. Not only the music, but how the music made me feel. It was relaxing and an almost spiritual experience as I set aside an hour for myself to enjoy this. Maybe it's because it's been such a busy few months and there's been so much at stake this past year. Whatever your reason, I urge you all to take a moment and spend it on yourself.

If you're so inclined you have the opportunity to watch last night's concert as Andy is leaving it up on his site and accepting donations on behalf of the Sussex County Food Co-op, until midnight tonight, 11/22/20. Take a moment to listen and you'll see what I mean. Even if you don't plan on staying for the whole hour, I'm sure once you start, you won't want it to end.

Additionally, Andy has extended his offer if anyone wants to post a secure donation to the Food Co-op via his website, the donate button above the streaming video will be active until midnight tonight. So feel free to donate if you're able. All donations go to helping the Co-op, just as many small businesses have gone through incredible financial hardship as a result of the Covid crisis..

I'm now a fan of our beloved Mr. Wasserman, and plan on attending his weekly broadcasts. And I urge you to find something and dedicate at least an hour for yourself with all the chaos our days seem to hold these days.

I highly recommend Andy's music as the conduit, but whatever you pick set aside that time for yourself.

Thank you Andy, for reminding me to take a moment to enjoy the joy of music.
